Plus, there’s no commitment, and you can cancel your subscription whenever you want. Each month, we’ll send you a survey to hear your opinion on the products in the monthly DietBox. If you fill it out, you’ll participate in sweepstakes with great prizes.

When you subscribe, you’ll receive your first box within 24-72 hours. (If you subscribe between the 1st and the 7th, it will be yours starting from the 10th). For the following months, we’ll automatically charge you on the 2nd, and you’ll receive your box between the 10th and the 15th. Shipments to the Canary Islands may take an additional 5-7 days.

The content of the box is a SURPRISE! Each month, the box includes up to 12 healthy foods and products worth over €20. If you follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter, you may receive some spoilers for the next box.

There is no commitment; you can unsubscribe at any time. Once the cancellation is requested, no additional charges will be made.

Our Healthy Boxes

 Yes, you can order as many boxes as you like, but you’ll need to place separate orders.

Payment and Delivery

You need to subscribe here, fill out your information, and make the subscription payment. If you encounter any issues with the process, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.

 We accept payment via VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS debit/credit cards.

Shipping is free to 15 countries

We ship to these 15 countries: Germany, France, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Luxembourg.

To modify the shipping or billing address, you can do so from your customer account.

If you have subscribed or placed an order, you can download the invoice once the order status is completed from your customer account. If you have any questions, send us an email at hello@mydietbox.com and we’ll assist you with it.

If you just subscribed, you will receive your first box within 48-72 hours (if you subscribe between the 1st and the 7th, it will be yours from the 10th). For the following months you will receive your box between the 10th and the 15th. Once the box leaves our facilities we will send you an SMS and an email. If you have not received your box after the estimated period, please contact us and we will handle the problem.

Enjoy it! If you want to continue with the subscription, you don’t have to do anything. On the 2nd of the following month, the payment will be automatically charged to your card.

Subscription Sign-up and Cancellation

Yes, you can subscribe again whenever you want. To reactivate your subscription, you can log in to your customer account in the SUBSCRIPTIONS section. If you have any questions, send us an email at hello@mydietbox.com, and we’ll assist you.

You can unsubscribe from your customer account in the SUBSCRIPTIONS section. Also, you can unsubscribe by sending us an email before the last day of each month to hello@mydietbox.com. Once the cancellation is requested, no additional charges will be made. You can reactivate the subscription at any time from the SUBSCRIPTIONS section of your customer account.
